Mend provides digital educational resources and structured self-support tools for EMDR-style bilateral stimulation practice. Mend is not a healthcare provider and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, medical advice, or clinical care.
Use of resources
You are responsible for deciding whether Mend resources are appropriate for you. Stop using the resources if they feel distressing or unsafe.
Emergency support
Mend is not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
Digital access
Beta buyers receive digital access to the resources described on the product page. Access may be delivered through a private link or by email during the beta period.
